All Moovbox products are supplied with lifetime 24/7 online support via our web-based helpdesk. Also included are 30 days of technical support via telephone and email during normal business hours and one year hardware warranty. You may purchase an optional MoovCare™ support plan to extend the period of technical support and receive additional benefits.

When you purchase an Icomera product, you automatically receive lifetime access to our 24/7 online helpdesk where you can find the answers to common problems and frequently asked questions, download documentation, or submit a trouble ticket to our Support staff. Icomera has designed a series of optional service plans that extend beyond the initial support and warranty periods.
