All Icomera products are supplied with lifetime 24/7 online support via our web-based helpdesk. Also included are 30 days of technical support via telephone and email during normal business hours and one year hardware warranty. You may purchase an optional MoovCare™ support plan to extend the period of technical support and receive additional benefits.
