1999

Icomera AB is founded by four graduates of the Chalmers Institute of Technology, and their pioneering multicellular aggregating technology is patented.

2001

Icomera begins to work with public transport providers, supplying Internet access for high-speed trains.

2003

Icomera deploys a solution for SJ, the state-owned rail operator in Sweden.

2004

Icomera’s first UK installation is completed on GNER, now London North Eastern Railway.

2008

Icomera acquires Moovera, a UK-based connectivity specialist.

2010

Icomera unveils the X-Series platform at InnoTrans 2010.

2014
