Magnus Friberg leaving to pursue a new opportunity. Baudouin Huon appointed as Interim CEO. The selection process for a permanent successor is underway.
Icomera, the leading provider of integrated connectivity solutions for public transportation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Equans, global leader in the energy and services industry, has named Baudouin Huon as its Interim CEO, following the departure of Magnus Friberg, who leaves to pursue a new opportunity.
Baudouin has deep existing ties to Icomera’s story, having served as a member of Icomera’s board since the company’s acquisition in 2017. He will assume the role of Interim CEO alongside his pre-existing duties at Icomera’s fellow Equans Transport entity, Systrans, where he has been CEO since 2009.
Members of Icomera’s global management team will support Baudouin with the operational leadership and continued implementation of Icomera’s roadmap while the selection process for a permanent successor is underway.
