Icomera is pleased to welcome two new colleagues to the team: Jessie Nichols, who joins as Director of Client Success, North America, and Moh Welter, who joins as Sales Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Jessie Nichols, Director of Client Success, North America
Based in Tennessee, Jessie will support Icomera’s customers across North America, helping them realise the full value of connected mobility solutions and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Jessie joins Icomera from Terex Corporation, where she led marketing for Environmental Solutions Group, working across the waste, recycling, utilities, and transportation sectors. Her experience spans heavy industry and connected technology, with a focus on how data and digitalisation are transforming traditionally physical environments.
Her move to Icomera reflects a natural progression into the rail sector, where many of the same trends are accelerating. She was drawn to the opportunity to help shape the future of connected mobility in North America and work at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and sustainability.
Speaking of her new role, Jessie says: “Icomera is more than a Wi‑Fi company, and I’m excited to help customers unlock the full value of the broader solutions we provide while building on the strong relationships already in place.”
In her new role, Jessie will lead client strategy and growth across North America, working closely with operators and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure customers gain maximum value from Icomera’s solutions.
Moh Welter, Sales Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Icomera is also pleased to welcome Moh Welter as our new Sales Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, based in our Frankfurt office.
Moh joins Icomera with a strong background in enterprise customer management, having most recently served as a Corporate Account Manager focused on building and growing relationships with enterprise customers. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience with leading international technology companies, including Oracle and Hewlett‑Packard.
He was inspired to join Icomera by its leadership in connected transportation and the opportunity to help shape the future of passenger experience in rail.
“I’m excited to help expand Icomera’s presence across the DACH region, build strong partnerships with operators and manufacturers, and support customers as they shape the future of connected transportation” says Moh.
As demand for high‑quality onboard connectivity continues to grow, Moh’s appointment reinforces Icomera’s focus on supporting rail operators and manufacturers across the DACH region.
