Icomera was awarded ‘Best Supplier 2025’ by Alstom’s SJ250 project at the Supplier Day in Hennigsdorf last month, recognising its contribution to the SJ250 high‑speed train project for Sweden’s national rail operator, SJ.

The SJ250 programme is one of the most significant rolling stock investments in Scandinavia in recent decades. Alstom is delivering 25 state‑of‑the‑art electric high‑speed trains, capable of operating at speeds of up to 250 km/h, designed specifically for Nordic conditions and cross‑border operations.
Icomera is the onboard connectivity platform provider for the SJ250 fleet, delivering its 5G‑ready mobile connectivity and application routers, and access points, creating the foundation for a reliable, high‑performance passenger Wi‑Fi service.
