Icomera’s Jenny Brown is a guest on the latest episode of Chiltern Railways’ podcast, ‘Inside Track’, discussing the UK Rail operator’s onboard Passenger Wi-Fi service.
Chiltern launched the Inside Track podcast series in November last year to discuss customer questions and to share insights into a range of subjects, complementing its other initiatives such as ‘Tweet the Manager’ and ‘Meet the Manager’. Episode 5 of the podcast focuses on Chiltern’s plans to further improve passenger experiences over the next few years.
Jenny Brown has been leading Icomera’s work with Chiltern for almost a decade, and it was one of the first operators to provide free Wi-Fi to passengers when it implemented the service on all of its Birmingham to London trains in September 2011.
Host Emma Gascoigne is also joined in the studio by Chiltern’s Customer Services Director, Alan Riley, as well as George Copeland, Digital Train Programme Manager for Arriva UK Trains.
